Machen is supported by several OPC presbyteries and individual donations from our generous supporters. Machen has applied for 501©(3) status as a non-profit organization with the IRS, with approval expected soon. Until that happens, please give to your local church (for you to claim as a deduction) and ask them to send it to Machen.

New Bunk Beds

Project Description

Time for new beds at Machen!

We have a group of volunteers who will provide the labor, and are looking for sponsors to provide materials to build 44 brand-new bunks. Materials for one bunk bed at $300. 

With the donation of the full price for a bed, we will add a plaque in your honor or in the memory of a loved one. Donations of other amounts are also much appreciated.

Cabin Expansion

Project Description

Our ability to expand and build additional cabins has been limited by our septic system. We are currently at our maximum capacity for our current system and plan to develop a second.

Our preliminary plans have identified a suitable location and budgetary estimate for the additional system.

Once in place, we will build six cabins over the following three years increasing our total camp capacity by 72 people.
